IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
💧 The cabin uses well water, which may have a mild natural odor (common in Hocking Hills). A filtered pitcher is provided, and bottled water can be purchased nearby (12 minutes away).
🚶♀️⚠️ STEEP STAIRS: The stairs are part of our cabin’s rustic charm. They’re safe but can be a bit tricky at first, so please take your time and exercise caution. Overall layout and design are best suited for adults only.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
