➤To ensure the safety of our guests and property, security cameras are installed at the front and rear of the building. Interfering with these cameras will lead to immediate eviction without a refund. The cameras also verify that the number of guests matches the reservation. Visitors not listed on the booking and third-party reservations are prohibited.
➤ Cabin Charms: Our cozy retreat in Hocking Hills offers a chance to unplug and cherish quality time together. Please note some quirks like well water (some guests notice a mild sulfur smell and prefer bottled water) and occasional spotty cell service (reliable WiFi).
➤ Driveway and Privacy: The property has an downhill gravel driveway that is easy to navigate in normal weather conditions. Snow removal is provided for accumulations over 3 inches. Four-wheel drive is required during the winter months.
➤ Environment Notice: Our home is surrounded by nature, and occasionally some of it may find its way indoors. We take proactive measures with professional pest control services to keep this to a minimum. As we coexist with the environment, we kindly request keeping doors closed to minimize encounters. Please refrain from feeding the animals.
➤ No refunds for weather, natural disasters, or power outages; consider travel insurance for cancellations.
➤ $200 charge for each rule violation, plus cleaning/damage expenses.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
