➤ Driveway and Privacy: The property has an uphill asphalt driveway that is easy to navigate in normal weather conditions. Snow removal is provided for accumulations over 3 inches. Four-wheel drive is required during the winter months.
➤ Environment Notice: Our home is nestled in nature, and occasionally, 'nature' finds its way inside. We make efforts to control pests with professional services. As we coexist with the environment, we kindly request keeping doors closed to minimize encounters. Please refrain from feeding the animals.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
